The UK government introduced the new law in January 2005, which demands that most electrical work in UK households is only carried out by a "Competent person" 

 

Shepley Electrical Services are registered on the NICEIC Part P self certification scheme where we can carry out work and certify without the hassle of informing your local authority.

The NICEIC carry out regular assessment of its registered electrical contractors to ensure that they are and continue to be "competent" to carry out electrical Installations.
